As part of the Ski-doo branding completed in Studio III, this 500sqft retail store serves as a model store attached to its corporate headquarters which we previously designed. The concept for the retail store is derived from the use of one of Ski-doo’s products: a glove. This glove informed the use of panel displays in the front window, much like the separation found between the fingers of the glove itself.
RETAIL DESIGN

Extensive process work helped to optimize space planning for this space. This store, which is located outside of the Ski-doo corporate headquarters directly represents their corporate brand identity.

The concept for the retail store is derived from the use of one of Ski-doo’s products: a glove. This glove informed the use of panel displays in the front window, much like the separation found between the fingers of the glove itself.

Part of this retail design involved the construction of a custom cash wrap that was designed to illustrate the strong corporate image that Ski-doo has created through its rich history and company development. The color yellow is part of their overall branding and provides a sense of identity for the company.

Since snowmobiles are large in size, and the location of this retail store was on an upper floor with small square footage, a snowmobile customization area helps customer's find the right Ski-doo products for them
